The Freshwater Grange is a fraternal, volunteer based organization. Some of us give our time daily or weekly, others give monthly or on occasion. Some folks like to come to work every breakfast and others find a job that suits them (such as trimming the grass) and that is the contribution they make. Each is valuble and makes our organization function. We understand that it’s a busy world and time is a precious gift to give. If you have an hour or few, we promise the reward at the end of the day, or event, or fundraiser, will be worth it. Come see how much fun we have while doing our best to make this slice of the world a little brighter! It feels good to be a Granger!

Pancake Breakfast

Our Pancake Breakfasts are our single biggest source of revenue and are what allows up to keep doing all that we do. There are 2 shifts; 1st shift (7 am - 9:30 am) and 2nd shift (9::30 - 12:00). We always need food servers, bussers, dishwashers, coffee servers, and we would love it if you wanted to learn the ropes of the griddle. Set up happens the Saturday before. Come spend a couple of hours, have fun with the crew, and you’ll enjoy a free breakfast for your efforts!
Cleaning and Maintenance

It takes many hands to keep this lovely hall from 1885 in good repair! If you have the time, let us know your interested in volunteering at our next work day. We clean the hall and tend to small maintenance jobs.
Events and Fundraisers

We like to have a good time! We enjoy it even more when everyone is having fun! From Bingo to History Lectures and Craft Fairs, the Freshwater Grange hosts a variety of events throughout the year. We’d love to hear about what you’d like to see happen in the hall! Sign up to help make these events sucessful.
Merch

Do you have some stellar graphic design skills? Want to help develop logos and design merch for our Grange? We’d love to meet with you and explore the possibilities!
Social Media

Have a knack for reels and hashtags? Do you want to attend our events to shoot footage and help build our following on social media? We would love to have you on board.
Jam Night and Music Coordinator

We have come a long way in what we are able to offer the community. Our Grange was originally a music hall and we feel that there needs to be music and dancing here once again. We are looking for someone who would like to get a jam night going and who can help organize dances and concerts.
